Are you feeling like life is moving too fast? Looking for a way to press pause, reconnect with your body, and nourish your mind? This workshop series is designed just for you.

Join us for four sessions where we blend the calming, restorative power of yoga therapy with the mindful art of sashiko stitching. This unique combination invites you to slow down, relax, and tap into your creativity while focusing on your physical and mental wellbeing.

At each session, Gwen, a certified yoga instructor, will guide you through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises to release tension. Following which, Jess will lead you through a peaceful stitching practice that promotes mindfulness and reflection. Whether you’re new to yoga or sashiko, no experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a desire to slow down and be present.

By the end of the series, you'll leave not only with a stitched piece of art but with a renewed sense of calm and balance in your life. Come unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and supportive environment.
